Base Impact Inc. is fiscally sponsored by LifePointe Ministries, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) (EIN: 45-1198607, Sunbiz Document #N11000003091). This partnership allows us to apply for grants and receive tax-deductible funding under LifePointe Ministries' existing tax-exempt status while we complete our own 501(c)(3) application with the IRS.

What We're Building
Base Impact is a local resource guide for Florida's Space Coast. We connect neighbors with food pantries, shelters, recovery services, employment resources, and more — compiled from official websites, public Facebook pages, and community word of mouth.
- Find help. We locate recovery, housing, employment, and basic-needs resources.
- List the source. Every listing points at the organization's own website or phone.
- Fill the gaps. When a service doesn't exist, we work with partners to stand one up.
- Modernize local nonprofits. We provide technology and fee-free fundraising infrastructure.
